Baby Gregory - Week 22

We are already halfway through Week 23 at this point, but here is Week 22 - better late than never :)

It's been a hectic week, again, but for different reasons.  My family arrived last Wednesday night and are here for a couple of weeks to help us with our house.  Baby Gregory (& me) have been getting spoiled by my mom and everyone else because we have lots of help with all kinds of stuff - cooking, cleaning, laundry, painting...pretty much everything!

It's a Papaya!

22 weeks

Sporting the belly band - my pants wouldn't zip at all!

When my family arrived on Wednesday night, they brought us several things for Baby Gregory.  We will be using a small crib (kind of like a bassinet) that has been passed down in my family for 4 generations.  It was purchased by my great-grandmother (Mama-Lou) when she was pregnant with my Nana in the 1930's from Sears & Roebuck.  My Nana used it for all of her children, it was used for all 8 of us grandkids and it was even used for my 1st cousin Kelsey's son Maddox.  Baby Gregory is the 4th generation to sleep in this adorable wooden crib :) I will post pictures once we get it all set up.

We also received a baby swing from my best friend Natalie along with a handful of gifts from my mom and Nana...shown below.  We are already feeling the blessings of having such a wonderful family to support and love Baby Gregory :)

Baby Gifts!

The baby is starting to move around regularly - as soon as I sit down and am still for a certain length of time is it's favorite time to start going bonkers.  Especially at night, when I crawl into bed, I get a lot of punches, kicks and somersaults.  It's been awesome for my family to feel the baby move, my mom in particular.  She sat with me for a long time the other night just waiting, and waiting until she finally felt a few kicks.  I know before too long we won't have to wait any time at all to feel the little one!
